Part of the culture we have at our Massage Heights Retreats stems from our constant desire to be the best workplace in the industry. Since this desire runs so deep, we created a Massage Therapist Advisory Committee, also known as MTAC, that meets regularly to discuss a variety of different topics brought up from our therapist teams at the three locations. MTAC is an essential part of maintaining two-way communication and ensuring that we continue to provide the things that our team wants and needs.
The last thing that you want to worry about while in your session is whether or not you will have to start a load of laundry afterwards. Our Massage Therapists told us that they didn't want to have to deal with extra chores..They spoke up and we listened! Our therapists are licensed professionals and we treat them as such. We want you focusing on delivering an amazing experience for each guest and chores don't help with that...so don't do them!
When it comes to taking care of your body and skin, we want you to practice what you preach! You emphasize the importance of self-care to your clients, so we emphasize the importance of self-care to you. We strongly believe in the power of regular massages and facials, so we offer one free service each month to our team members to ensure you are taking care of yourself as well. Your job is physically demanding so make sure that you are taking advantages of receiving regular services to prevent injury and help prolong your career.

In an effort to promote you taking time for yourself, we offer Paid Time Off so that you can actually afford to take the time off to rest or to spend time with friends or family.
